How are your products made?

Every item on manymules.com is handmade by me in my small studio in Southern Utah. We also use recyclable packaging for shipping. 

What materials are used in your jewelry?

Our jewelry is handcrafted using a variety of high-quality materials, including sterling silver, turquoise, and other semi-precious stones. We identify those materials in the product description.

Do you make custom jewelry orders?

Yes. Check out our custom orders page. 

I’m a shop owner interested in purchasing your jewelry at wholesale. How can I do this?

Whether you’re a large or small boutique, our products offer a unique blend of quality and history that sets them apart. We have a particular affinity for partnering with locally-owned businesses. What is your return/refund policy?

Is it possible to edit my order after I’ve paid?

Please email support@manymules.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate any changes you want to make.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is placed, we'll provide you with an estimated delivery date. Read our Shipping page for more details. 

Do you ship internationally?

Not as this time.  This may change in the future.  Consider following my Instagram @manymules.creations for any site updates.
